Sue Mortlock is Head of Board Development for the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Her experience includes public and private sector in organisational and leadership development.
Sue Mortlock is Head of Board Development for the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Her experience includes public and private sector in organisational and leadership development.
Sue led the work to develop a new Leadership Framework for all NHS staff groups, and also leads on the NHS Institute executive coaching register and building internal coaching capacity within the NHS. Sue also works with whole boards and senior teams to improve performance, including working across organisational boundaries.
Sue has presented at the CIPD Annual Coaching Conference, EMCC UK Conference and the Academy of Management Annual Meeting.
Sue sits on the Advisory Board of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, is an accredited executive coach, team coach, and NHS Board Development Tool facilitator.
