Dr Kell is a GP and a Managing Partner in Larwood and Village Surgeries in Worksop, with four sites and over 26,000 patients. He has gained significant experience being part of the PCT Professional Executive Committee, is Cancer Lead for the locality, has an interest in dermatology and has been involved in GP Commissioning for approximately seven years.
